The Volvo performance parts catalogue list a map reading light that looks identical to the one used on the '71 to '72 Capri. Same flexible gooseneck stalk with push button switch at the base. The part number is 283651-8.

Sunroof mounting and Hardware

Check out the VW Rabbit. They have identical cables and mounting gear to those of the Capri. VW dealers can get them, or check your local junk yard.
