Finding Digikits

 

1) To see where CAP looks for digikits: Tools | Options | Digikit Locations

Unfortunately, cannot copy and paste these locations. At the same time, need to close CAP to copy and move to another location, like an external hard drive.

2) Make sure Options screen is selected by clicking heading area (see above pic).

3) Then press Alt-Prt Scrn. This will copy Options screen to your clipboard.

4) Paste, or Ctrl-v, into something like WordPad. Save file, but keep open to find locations listed.

5) Close CAP. CAP digikits are .pack files. You should now be able to find them and move them somewhere else.

6) To add new location, re-open CAP.
Go back to Tools | Options | Digikit Locations. Click Add.
You will get the next screen. Look for the new location. Click OK and then OK again. That should do it.
