The Ashland County Cancer Assocation is planning a fundraising event for Ashland County Cancer victims.  Please come and enjoy yourself!

Our event, A Taste of Ashland, will be held November 10, 2009.  Our event will include "tastes" of delicious recipes donated by local restaurants and a silents auction.

The Ashland County Cancer Association has been in Ashland for over fifty years.  Our mission is to provide Ashland County cancer patients with financial assitnace regardless of income and to serve as a resource aiding patienst and their families.  Financial assistance is offered as mileage for trips to phusicians appointemtns, medical supplies, and prescription drug coinsurance payments.  Information about different tupes of cancers and problems encountered when dealing with cancer is available.  ACCA also stocks nutritional supplements.  A mammogram screening program, a cancer support group and a bone marrow drive are also part of our programs.  All funding for the programs come from the generosity of the Ashland community.  Each year the number of people helped by our organization grows.

Come on out!  Taste some delicious food, meet some local and national celebrities, and most of all, help us help others who are struggling.
