Charlie’s concern for  the safety of  Washington County would continue as circuit court judge.  Working with child abuse and domestic violence victims, Charlie has seen the impact drugs like methamphetamine have had on victims and offenders.  As a judge, he would ensure offenders are held accountable so that victims will not be at further risk.
