I had two dreams on October 17, 2005, that the waters were swelling in unexpected places.   I literally saw the waters swell as if coming from underneath, not coming from a ripple effect.   

 

The first was in some kind of bay.   I was standing by the "seawall" or retaining wall, looking down about 5 feet or so, and the water was very low. It could have been a lake, or the cove of a river, I'm not sure. I could see the sand of the shore. Without warning,  I saw the waters just swell up from underneath and crash over the seawall.    By this time, though, I was protected by some glass protection.    My daughter and I were overlooking the wall and when this water swelled up and crashed over,  it went right over us, however we were in some sort of protective barrier.   We watched the water go over our heads.  

 

The second dream, later in the night,  were the waters swelling in a river near my home.   I was looking at the Indian River and from underneath, the waters just swelled up, like a blister.   I didnt see what happened, I was just watching the waters swell from underneath and get huge.   End of dream. 

 

At the time of this dream, I lived in Florida.  I felt these waters were literal but also spiritual.   I logged online that day to see Hurricane Wilma coming straight for Florida.   Hurricane Wilma was at its highest wind speed 175 MPH.    (Later on in the week, there was a joke going around that Wilma was looking for Bedrock so she wouldn't hit Florida.  The jokesters were wrong)  

 

When I woke,  I felt a peace, yet I also felt fear for some.  I interpreted this to mean that out of my belly will flow rivers of living water, swelling up on the inside of me-  as will many others.   I felt these waters represented the Holy Spirit for those who possess Him.  That He is about to SWELL up even in unexpected places.    But fear for some who will miss out.  

 

Not too long afterwards,  I woke up in a start!  "Florida is built on Sand!"   I called out.
