Pics of Rob's Recovery

Rob is a very simple person.  I found out today at the hosptial, that he wanted to go to the bathroom and doesn't like the bed pan so they found him the other day on the floor coming back from the bathroom.  He figures if it doesn't hurt him what is their problem.  Needless to say, Rob is strapped in again. Sorry, Rob!

He is going throught a lot of withdrawals from all the heavy meds he has been on.
God bless

As you will see, Rob is doing much better.  Mentally he is alert and able to talk and remember about everything.  Occassionally he talks out of his head.  I pray this will pass.  He says things that make no sense and then right back into the conversation.

They say that he is not on meds to make him do this, so we are hoping as the other things cleared up, this will also.  He is very, very anxious to get out of the hospital. They will be taking him to rehab Tuesday if a bed opens up.  I pray a bed will open up, at this point he is extremely high maintainance.  I am not sure I would be able to care for him but I would definately try should they have to release him from the hospital to my care till a bed opens up.

He is doing well in physical therapy and occupational therapy and will be getting speech therapy.

Thanks again for your prayers and may God bless all the mothers,  Happy Mother's Day.  It is a Happy Mother's Day for me!!!

Thank you God for my children and their health. As bad off as Rob is, I think about the people who have lost their children.  I am so thankful to God, Rob was spared.
