Someday the Lord will smile upon me
He'll stretch His arms out wide toward me
Someday He will embrace me
And never let me go
Someday His Power will flow through me
His Glory and Honor will show through me
Someday He will reveal to me
His Plan for me to know
Someday the godliness in me
Will be displayed for all to see
Someday His Light will shine upon me
As darkness fades away...
But someday never came to be
And dreams were never mine to see
Until I grasped reality
That someday was TODAY

Today the Lord's embraced me
And will never let me go.
