How Abandoned Will You Let Me Be?

ps 28:1To You, O LORD, I call;
         My rock, do not be deaf to me,
         For if You are silent to me,
         I will become like those who go down to the pit.
ps 28:6 Blessed be the LORD,
         Because He has heard the voice of my supplication.

ps 58:3The wicked are estranged from the womb;
         These who speak lies go astray from birth.

ps 88:2Let my prayer come before You;
        Incline Your ear to my cry!
    3For my soul has had enough troubles,
         And my life has drawn near to Sheol.
    4I am reckoned among those who go down to the pit;
         I have become like a man without strength,

ps 118:5From my distress I called upon the LORD;
         The LORD answered me and set me in a large place.

ps 148:1 Praise the LORD!
         Praise the LORD from the heavens;
         Praise Him in the heights!
    2Praise Him, all His angels;
         Praise Him, all His hosts!
    3Praise Him, sun and moon;
         Praise Him, all stars of light!
    4Praise Him, highest heavens,
         And the waters that are above the heavens!
    5Let them praise the name of the LORD,
         For He commanded and they were created.
6 He has also established them forever and ever;
         He has made a decree which will not pass away.

I am reminded of Misty Edwards cry to the Lord "How far will you let me go?  How abandoned will you let me be?"

There seems to be a link between not hearing the voice of the Lord, and going into the pit of despair.   The pit of darkness.    Hearing the voice of the Lord is like seeing Light.     Light is Truth.  Darkness is Deception.

In the Spirit, there is no difference between hearing or seeing.

Those who speak lies, go astray from birth.   Those who speak deception are in darkness or the pit.  If we speak darkness, we will be in darkness.   If we speak darkness, we are not speaking Light.

Hearing the voice of the Lord is also to speak His word because His Word IS His voice.  So if we speak His word, we hear His voice.   If we speak His word, we hear His voice and see His face.   If we are unable to hear and see, then we lift our voices LOUD and CRY OUT LOUD so that we hear His voice.

"To You Oh Lord I call"   This is a LOUD CRY.

How far with the Lord let me go and how abandoned will He let me be?   I feel like I fell off the mountain.  I just fell off the mountain.    I was so high, but I fell off the mountain.   Its okay...  I wont stay off the mountain.

"Lies spoken over us and lies we have spoken, and lies we believed, allow us to be in darkness or the pit of despair.

But as we start to praise the Lord, as we start to CRY ALOUD His word,  as we start to release LIGHT that is in our hearts,  as we start to release and cry out what is TRUTH,  then it is the same as the Lord's Word being heard by us, it is the same as the Lord hearing us ..  it is the same as knowing His eyes are upon us, because LIGHT emerges from our being when we start to cry out to Him.   The minute we start to cry out to Him,  LIGHT is dawning.

But if we don't hear His voice speaking,  it's as if we are in the pit of despair and have become like those who have no strength.   This means " have no power or have no help "....

We become as the wicked who speak lies and go astray.   Though we are not wicked, we are like the wicked who have no hope or help.  Those who speak lies.

So Father, I thank you that you speak to me before it's too late.  How far will you let me go?  how abandoned will you let me be?  Only as long as it takes for your word to come forth from my mouth in a loud cry to you, that you are my strength and my song, You are my rock and my fortress, You are my deliverer and strong tower I run to,  You are the Light of my Life and the praise of my heart.  Your word is truth and Your word is faithful and all creation bursts forth into praise to you.   Keep me not in the pit and keep my ears free from receiving the lies of doom, the lies of rejection and lies that exalt themselves above the knowledge of Your Word and Truth!  I cry out loud to You and I know that you hear me.

If I regard sin in my heart, then you will not hear me, but if I have Your word hidden, then I would not sin and You have heard my cry.

Praise to You Lord......
