Notes: John served the Colonies in the American Revolution in Captain Kilgore's Company of the 8th P ennsylvania Regiment. Enlisted in Bedford Co. PA 1777 under Col. Broadhead, discharged at Pit tsburgh March 1780. He received a pension in Harrison Co. for his services beginning in 1816 . His wife is unknown.
