This animation was created as the introduction screen to the Ship Cannibalization section of the Repair Parts Petty Officer course for the Chief of Naval Education Training (CNET). It was intended as a humorous introduction to the Navy's policy of reusing shipboard materials whenever possible to minimize the need for returns to port.
