Flash animation - (2001)

This animation was created for the Repair Parts Petty Officer course for the Chief of Naval Education Training (CNET). It is one of a series of Sea Stories that occur throughout the course. In this example, Petty Officer SNAP tells a tale of mishap that occred on a submarine cue to improper ordering techniques perpetrated by the notorious Petty Officer Slacker.
