Duty members need to be at the Hall 30 minutes before the dance starts unless we are having dinner, then it is 30 minutes before the dinner. Typical dance start time is 7:00 so you need to arrive at 6:30. Our dinners usually start at 6:30 so you need to arrive at 6:00. All duty members share both kitchen and door responsibilities. If you are unable to do your duties, it is your responsibility to notify the Vice-President as soon as possible that you cannot do your door and kitchen duty on that date.

February 1st, Promenaders Plus dance
February 3rd, Sunset Promenaders mainstream dance with guest caller Scott Zinser and guest cuer Connie Clark February 4th, Square dance lessons, 2 – 4 pm February 11th, Square dance lessons, 2 – 4 pm February 15th, Promenaders Plus dance February 16th, Chaps & Petticoats “The Flintstones” dance, Maplewood Grange, Aurora OR; the caller is Darrell Kalmbach and the cuer is Tami Helms; pre-rounds at 7:30 pm, squares and rounds start at 8 pm; costumes are optional February 17th, Valentine’s Day mainstream dance February 18th, Square dance lessons, 2 – 4 pm February 22nd, Club meeting via Zoom, 7 pm; a link to the meeting will be sent out by e-mail February 24th, Hoedowners 74th Anniversary dance, Aloha Grange; Randy Dibble is calling and Randy Lewis is cueing; dancing is from 7 – 9 pm; a chicken dinner will be served following the dance; cost is $10 per person for guests February 25th, Square dance lessons, 2 – 4 pm February 29th, Leap year Promenaders Plus dance March 2nd, “Irish Fling” mainstream dance; baked potatoes with all the toppings and desserts served at break March 3rd, Square dance lessons, 2 – 4 pm March 7th, Promenaders Plus dance March 10th, Square dance lessons, 2 – 4 pm March 16th, Dark to attend Leonard Snodgrass Celebration of Life Dance March 17th, Square dance lessons, 2 – 4 pm March 21st, Promenaders Plus dance March 24th, Square dance lessons, 2 – 4 pm March 28th, Club meeting TBA March 30th, “Spring Beach Party” Tri-Council Dance, Aloha Grange; Randy Dibble is calling and Randy Lewis is cueing; pre-rounds at 7 pm, a plus tip at 7:15 pm, and mainstream with every third tip plus 7:30 – 9:30 pm; bring finger food or a dessert to share at 9:30 pm; cost is $8 per person March 31st, Easter Sunday – NO square dance lessons |
