Duty members need to be at the Hall 30 minutes before the dance starts unless we are having dinner, then it is 30 minutes before the dinner.  Typical dance start time is 7:00 so you need to arrive at 6:30.  Our dinners usually start at 6:30 so you need to arrive at 6:00.  All duty members share both kitchen and door responsibilities.  If you are unable to do your duties, it is your responsibility to notify the Vice-President as soon as possible that you cannot do your door and kitchen duty on that date.  

August 1st,   Promenaders Plus dance

August 3rd,   “Hot August Nights” mainstream dance; the Tri-Squares will be making a visitation

August 15th,   Promenaders Plus dance

August 17th,   “50s Sock Hop” mainstream dance

August 18th,   Club picnic at Dan and Terri Browning’s house, 42065 NW Lodge Road, Banks, 3 pm - ?; hamburgers, buns, and condiments—please bring side dishes and desserts to share; bring your swimsuit, the pool will be open!; Note: this is a change in venue (we will not be at Noble Woods Park)

August 22nd,   Club meeting at the Hillsboro IOOF Hall; potluck dinner at 6:30 pm, followed by the meeting about 7 pm

August 24th,   Hoedowners Summer’s End Dance, Aloha Grange; Daryl Clendenin is calling and Ken Pratt is cueing; square dance or casual attire; cool fruits and melons served at break

August 29th,   Promenaders Plus dance

August 31st,   TVC 5th Saturday “So Long Summer Dance”, Aloha Grange; Daryl Clendenin is calling and Connie Clark is cueing; pre-rounds start at 7:30 pm, mainstream dance is from 8 – 10 pm, with every third tip plus

September 5th,   Promenaders Plus dance

September 7th,   “Back to School” mainstream dance

September 13 - 15th,   Club campout, Devils Lake RV Park, Lincoln City; more details to follow

September 14th,   Wave Steppers anniversary dance, Garibaldi City Hall

September 19th,   Promenaders Plus dance

September 20th,   Toe Draggers 44th anniversary dance, Kinton Grange

September 21st,   Mainstream dance with guest caller Dan Nordbye

September 22nd,   Plus square dance lessons begin, 2 – 4 pm every Sunday; Darrell Kalmbach is the instructor

September 22nd,   Beginning two-step round dance lessons begin, 4 – 6 pm every Sunday; Ken is the instructor

September 27th,   Tri-Squares 21st anniversary dance, Tigard Grange, 13770 SW Pacific Highway, Tigard; national caller Adam Christman is calling and Sandra Pinion is cueing; pre-rounds 7:30 – 7:45 pm, plus 7:45 – 8 pm, mainstream and rounds 8 – 10 pm; cost is $7 per person

September 29th,   Tri-Council Dance hosted by the Evergreen Council, 2 – 4:30 pm

October 6th,   Toe Draggers’ “Man Enough to Wear Pink” fundraiser dance for breast cancer research

October 11-12th,   R Square D “Octoberfest 2019”

October 25 - 26th,   Seaside Sashay, Signup here Craig Abercrombie and Adam Christman calling, Debbie Taylor cueing.

January 24-26th,    Mid-Winter Festival in Albany
