Duty members need to be at the Hall 30 minutes before the dance starts unless we are having dinner, then it is 30 minutes before the dinner. Typical dance start time is 7:00 so you need to arrive at 6:30. Our dinners usually start at 6:30 so you need to arrive at 6:00. All duty members share both kitchen and door responsibilities. If you are unable to do your duties, it is your responsibility to notify the Vice-President as soon as possible that you cannot do your door and kitchen duty on that date.

October 3rd, Promenaders Plus dance
October 5th, Sunset Promenaders "39th Anniversary Dinner and Dance"; Darrell and Tami are calling and cueing; lasagna dinner will be served at 6:30 pm; pre-rounds are from 7 - 7:30 pm with mainstream and rounds from 7:30 - 9:30 pm; Darrell will call a plus tip at 9:30 pm; desserts, announcements, door prizes, and split-the-pot after the dance October 17th, Promenaders Plus dance October 19th, Sunset Promenaders mainstream dance October 24th, Club meeting TBA October 31st, Promenaders Plus Halloween dance; costumes are encouraged November 2nd, Sunset Promenaders mainstream dance; Darrell is calling with guest cuer Connie Clark November 7th, Promenaders Plus "10th Anniversary" dance; cupcakes and ice cream will be served at break November 16th, Sunset Promenaders "Celebrate Thanksgiving" mainstream dance; members are asked to bring non-perishable foods to donate to those less fortunate November 21st, Promenaders Plus dance November 28th, Happy Thanksgiving! (no club meeting, TBA at a different time) |
