James A. “Jim” Foy, 66 of Morgantown went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 04, 2009 at his residence. He was born September 21, 1943 in Morgantown, the son of the late Emory “Doc” and Lillian Dalton Foy.

Jim was a US Army Veteran and a retired truck driver and heavy equipment operator.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years Martina Rogers Foy, a son Eric Joseph Foy and fiancée Jessica Leigh Webber, a brother Norman J. Foy, six sisters  JoAnn, Sue, Juanita, Nancy, Becky and Deb and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by a brother Randy Foy.

Th family would like to thank Hospice Care of Morgantown, Dr Arthurs and all family and friends for their care, love and support.

Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 from 3-5 and 7-9pm and again on Wednesday from 10am until the time of services at 11am with Rev. David Spence officiating. Burial will follow in the Halleck Cemetery with military honors by VFW Post 9916 and WVANG of Camp Dawson.
