1. These areas are designated foliage areas (including the shrub to at the corner of the church, next to the playground). If a ball is hit into these areas on the ground, the outfielder needs to throw up his/her hands. This will be designated as a ground rule double. If the ball is hit into these areas on the fly it will be designated as a home run.

2. This area is designated as the south parking lot. If a ball is hit into the parking lot on the ground, the outfielder needs to throw up his/her hands. This will be designated as a ground rule triple. If the ball is hit into the parking lot on the fly it will be designated as a home run.

3. This area is designated as the church building. Any balls striking the walls of the building on the ground or on the fly are considered live balls and should be played accordingly unless the ball is redirected by bouncing off the wall into area 1, 2, 4, or 5. If this occurs, the rules designated for those areas take precedence. If the ball is hit onto the roof on the fly it will be designated as a home run.

4. This area is designated as the children’s playground. If a ball is hit into the playground on the ground, the outfielder needs to throw up his/her hands. This will be designated as a ground rule double. If the ball is hit into the playground on the fly it will be designated as a home run.

5. This area is designated as the west parking lot. If the ball is hit into the parking lot on the ground, it will be considered a live ball and should be played accordingly. If the ball is hit into the parking lot on the fly it will be designated as a home run.

6. This area is designated as the south field mounds or right field mounds. If a ball is hit into the mounds on the ground, it will be considered a live ball and should be played accordingly. If the ball is hit over the mounds on the fly it will be designated as a home run.

7. This is designated as the east property fence. At no time during any game will any member of a team, any spectator associated with a team, or any family member of a team climb over, go under, or cross this fence. Doing so will be an immediate forfeiture of the game for that team.

8. This is designated as the north property fence. At no time during any game will any member of a team, any spectator associated with a team, or any family member of a team climb over, go under, or cross this fence. Doing so will be an immediate forfeiture of the game for that team.

Any window broken by a team member is the responsibility of the team member that broke the window. A team may share the cost for the window with the teammate who broke the window. The team member who broke the window will need to confer with the individual(s) whose window was broken to determine how quickly restitution would take place. This includes any window on any house or structure bordering any property fence or any window on any structure on the TVCC grounds. This DOES NOT include any window for any vehicle in the west or south parking lots.

Any damage to any vehicle during the course of a game, caused by the game, is the sole responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. Tualatin Valley Community Church is not liable for any damage, theft, or act of God that may or can occur to a vehicle while parked in the designated parking lots.
