Another recipe I found in a magazine, from a Kraft Foods ad. The bottom of this pie is a brownie.

Variations:
For variety, try one or more of the following:
- Substitute Vanilla or White chocolate pudding.
- Make the bottom a Blondie (½ recipe) and use Butterscotch or vanilla pudding on top.
- Add bits of candy, cookies, or carmels.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
- Substitute Cheese Cake instead of pudding for top layer.

Brownie Bottom Pudding Pie |
Ingredients:
- 4 Squares Semi-sweet baking chocolate.
- ¼ cup (½ stick) butter or margarine.
- ¾ cup sugar.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 tsp Vanilla.
- ½ cup flour.
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional).
- 2½ cups cold milk.
- 2 pkg (4 serving size) Chocolate flavor Instant Pudding & Pie filling.
- Non Dairy Whipped topping (thawed).
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350° (325° for glass pie pan). Grease bottom and sides of 9" pie pan.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in a microwave-able bowl on high for 2 minutes. Stir
until chocolate is melted.
- Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, and nuts. Spread in pie pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
- Pour milk into a large bowl, add pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk 1 minute.
Let stand for 2 minutes. Spread over brownie pie.
- Top with whipped topping. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
