Here's one I just recently picked up.
Now you have to understand that there are
several ways to put this together and lots
of substitutions. I also measure ingredients
with a well calibrated eye. So I'll do my best
to get this down to something reproducible.

Variations:
For more variety, try one or more of the following:
- Try Knorr brand Creamy Pesto or Four Cheese sauce mix.
- You can use small shells or other small pasta instead of Orzo.

Orzo Casserole |
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Orzo Pasta (cooked).
- 1 jar of prepared Alfredo sauce.*
- 1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables (thawed).
- 1 and ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese (divided).
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs.
- ¼ Cup parmesan cheese.
Directions:
- Mix the cooked pasta, vegetables, 1 cup of the
shredded cheese, and the sauce in a 3 quart casserole
dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top,
then sprinkle the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese over that.
- Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
*Actually I prefer to use the Knorr brand
dry packaged sauces. When I use these I
use two packages. And prepare the sauce according to the package directions.
