Rottini Pasta Salad

A colorfull and tasty pasta salad. This is also an original recipie created using the Pasta Salad Construction Kit.
Tip: Make the dressing with the garlic one day ahead. This will give the garlic flavor time to mix in.

Variations:
For variety, try adding one cup of any of the following:

  • Artichoke hearts
  • Diced fresh tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Squash, etc

  Rottini Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz Colored corkscrew pasta (cooked).
  • 1 package Italian dressing mix.
  • water, oil, and vinigar according to dressing mix.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (Blanched).
  • 12 jumbo black olives, sliced.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • ¼ cup parmesean cheese.
Directions:
  1. Make the Italian dressing according to the package dirrections.
  2. Crush the garlic clove and add it to the dressing mix.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the pasta, broccoli, and olives.
  4. Pour the italian dressing over the pasta mixture.
  5. Add the cheese, and gently mix until the pasta is evenly coated.
  6. Refigerate and serve.
