A colorfull and tasty pasta salad. This is also an original recipie created using the Pasta Salad
Construction Kit.
Tip: Make the dressing with the garlic one day ahead. This
will give the garlic flavor time to mix in.
Variations:
For variety, try adding one cup of any of the following:
- Artichoke hearts
- Diced fresh tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Squash, etc

Rottini Pasta Salad |
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Colored corkscrew pasta (cooked).
- 1 package Italian dressing mix.
- water, oil, and vinigar according to dressing mix.
- 1 cup broccoli florets (Blanched).
- 12 jumbo black olives, sliced.
- 1 clove garlic.
- ¼ cup parmesean cheese.
Directions:
- Make the Italian dressing according to the package dirrections.
- Crush the garlic clove and add it to the dressing mix.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pasta, broccoli, and olives.
- Pour the italian dressing over the pasta mixture.
- Add the cheese, and gently mix until the pasta is evenly
coated.
- Refigerate and serve.
