The brides Mom, Kathy Hess, describes the day for us: 'It was a beautiful summer day...hotter than Hades..but beautiful...The
bachelor party was still going...even though the wedding was suppose to start in an hour...guests and family members were
gathered all over the place...by the way did I mention that Mike had to force me to get ready and go...I kept telling him
that I thought I was having a heart attack and that he would have to call Lillie and tell her I wasn't going to make it...it
was a false alarm...just stress attack...back to the wedding...the judge arrived...just in time to witness the groom's godparents
getting into a fight... the judge told the husband that she could issue a restraining order on his wife...that was part of
her job...finally it was time for everyone to head to the horse pasture where chairs and hay bales were available to sit on...the
guys wore tan camo pants and white shirts...the girls wore blue jean skirts and beige tops...while Lillie wore a beige wedding
gown and white flip flops...her dress was long enough so they weren't seen...everything was beautiful...the vows were traditional
and not overly long... everyone went back to Scott's mom's house and partook of a picnic type reception...the food was put
out in the greenhouse that we decorated up...there was a dj and dancing in the pasture...everyone agreed that it was definitely
a SCOTT AND LILLIE WEDDING...'
