I wanted to take just a minute to say "Thank You" When Dad and I flew North in Aug. we were greeted
and treated like royalty.
In Seattle, Cary & Patricia had a back yard barbque attended by daughter, brother, sister, sister-in-laws, brother-in-law,
nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews. It was wonderful.
When Dad, Kathy, Dollie and I went to Hermiston, Jo and Roger had a dinner with about 24 people including cousins, 2nd
cousin, etc. Truly enjoyed every min. Thank you all for coming to see us.
In Baker, we had a picnic with Uncle Lyle and Aunt Dorothy and again the family rallied, even a cousin from our
mothers side who lives in Baker. It was awesome.
Wow, what a trip. I would have mentioned everyone's names but was afraid of forgetting somebody. We are still
talking about what a great time we had and the warm welcomes from all. Kathy, Dollie and I would love to get a reunion
organized for next summer if anyone is interested.
