I William Stewart of the County of Tyler and State of West Virginia being of sound mind and disposing memory make and publish this as my Last Will and Testament in manner and form follwing that is to say
1st my real estate consisting of 287 acres of land on Stewarts Run in Union District of Tyler County, West Virginia. I wish devided into three portions, one of 100 acres and two of 93 1/2 each. The first of which tracts, 100 acres I will and bequeath to my son James Stewart and my wife Isabella Stewart. My said wife to have a life estate only with remainder in fee to my said son James. The said 100 acres to be taken off the lower end of said real estate and in addition hereto I give and bequeath to my said son James two horses and two plows.
To my daughter Belle Stewart I give and bequeath 93 1/2 acres of the land said tract of 287 acres to be laid off adjoining the tract bequeathed to James and my wife Isabella.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Adaline Stewart 93 1/2 acres being the residue of said tract of 287 acres which is athe upper end of said tract.
My tract of 132 acres situated on Plum Run of McKim Creek in Tyler County, West Va. I give and bequeath to my son William Stewart and my daughter Margaret Stewart my said daughter to have the upper part and my said son William to have the end upon which his house is situated each to have 1/2 of said tracat.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth A. Wilson the sum of One Hundred Dollars. I give and bequeath to my daughterl Mary Dearth Two Dollars, the two last bequests to be paid out of any personal property I may be possessed of at the time of my death provided I do not pay the said bequeaths of $100 and $2 during my lifetime in which case they are to get nothing under this will except as herein after provided.
In regard to the personal property that I may die posessed of beyond what is herein willed to my son James and what may be remaining to pay the said bequests to Elizabeth A. Wilson and Mary Dearth, I give and bequeath to my said daughter Elizabeth A. Wilson.
I hereby nominate and appoint David Hickman to be the executor of this Will. In witness whereof I have herewith subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 4th day of October 1886.

Clerks office of the County Court of Tyler County West Virginia July 18, 1892 A paper writing proporting to be the Last Will of William Stewart deceased late of Tyler County was this day offered in the Clerks office aforesaid for probate and no person appearing to object to the same, the execution of said writing by the said William Stewart was fully probed by the oaths of William Kearns and George B. Stealey subscribing witness to the same and thereupon the said writing was admitted to the rocord as and for the Last Will and Testament of the said William Stewart deceased.
