Massage Therapies
A variety of massages are offered to relieve stress, relax muscular tension, and improve
body function through increased circulation.  All of the massages offered by
the Hot Haus Spa are Aromatherapy type in which botanical essences or
oils are chosen for your skin type to promote healthy, balanced skin. The
aroma also calms, and improves the reduction of headaches.  The Hot Haus Spa
can also use multiple techniques in the same session for people with specific needs.

Swedish Massage
The most universally offered style of therapeutic massage, using oils or creams
to gently manipulate out tensions to improve flexibility, circulation and relaxation.  This sometimes is
referred to as relaxation massage.

Deep Swedish Massage
Similar strokes to the swedish therapeutic massage, using oils or creams
to gently manipulate out tensions to improve flexibility, circulation and relaxation but
increased pressure and depth is used.  Usually to relieve specific area pain or knotted muscles.

Reflexology
A foot massage in which pressure is put on reflex areas of feet that
correspond with, and therefore stimulate organs and glands throughout the body.

Hot Stone Massage
For those who want to go beyond the normal relaxation and into a deep therapeutic state,
Hot Stone Massage is for you!  Warm, smooth, stones and aromatherapeutic gels are combined into a deeply
meditative massage, allowing the warmth to penetrate deep into your aching muscles.
 

Facials
Specialty Facial
This treatment is a Hot Haus Spa EXCLUSIVE service!
One of the most sought after treatments. This calming and relaxing facial is
one of the most effective deep pore cleansing treatments that includes,
skin exfoliation, steaming, moisturizing, specially designed and blended nourishing
and soothing masque finishing with a neck and facial massage.

Basic Facial
For those with limited time, a Basic Facial may be all you need.
All the same treatments as the Specialty Facial except the moisturizing
massage is eliminated and the durations are shorter.

Spa Pedicure
This treatment is another Hot Haus Spa EXCLUSIVE service!
This treatment begins with a soaking of the feet in a whirlpool bath followed by cuticle care
and nail shaping, exfoliating scrub, steamed foot wrap with a hydrating mask and a lotion
foot massage finished with a polish of choice.  This service performed in a luxurious Pedicure chair
with heated Lumbar and seat massager in a facility second to none...

Herbal Wrap
This treatment is a Hot Haus Spa EXCLUSIVE service!
A cloth or sheet steeped in a warm solution of herbs wrapped around the
body to draw out impurities, improve metabolism and promote relaxation.  A light
massage is added to the face and neck during this process to increase relaxation.
The Hot Haus Spa uses a proprietary custom blend of herbs and nutrients.

Hydrotherapy
Dating back to ancient Roman mineral baths, water therapy has been used to bring
on a deep state of relaxation, reduce fluid retention, eliminate toxins, rejuvenate skin
and increase blood flow to the heart and other organs.  This therapy is delivered due
to the nature of a whirlpool - a deep hydrojet massage relaxes muscles with heat and forceful
movement of the water.  Therapeutic minerals or aromatic scents are often used as well.
