Directions to my place

    The easiest way to locate my house is to first locate the Dollar Store, which is about halfway up First Street in Moundsville, WV.  When you are headed East on First Street, the Dollar Store is on your right.  If you are headed West (going toward Route 2), the Dollar Store is on your left.  Unfortunately, the road to my house is only one lane wide and has historically been one-way going North (onto First Street).  When facing the Dollar Store head-on, this little street is on the right side.  That means if you are headed West on First Street (going toward Route 2), this little road is on your left, IMMEDIATELY past the Dollar Store.  Likewise, if you are headed East on First Street, it is to your right, IMMEDIATELY BEFORE the Dollar Store.  If this road is clear, you can turn into there.  My house is the second house on your right, and it is yellow.  It looks much like a garage apartment.  You can pull into my driveway any old way you like, as long as you are not blocking traffic.  However, please try to park in such a way that another car can squeeze in here.

    If there is a car coming out of this little street onto First Street, then you have a problem, but it is not the end of the world.  If you are headed West (going toward Route 2), then go on down First Street and make a left on Grant Avenue.  Just before you reach Altmyer's Funeral Home, turn left again.  This takes you onto Center Street.  Go two short blocks and then turn left.  This will occur BEFORE you reach the Church of God that is on your right.  You are now on Harmony Drive and headed North.  Again, it is only one lane wide.  Go straight for about 1/10 of a mile.  On your left, you will see a yellow house that looks much like a garage apartment.  This is my place.
