ImageFX Tiling Macros

Three ARexx macros for ImageFX which allow the user to create seamless backgrounds by flipping the brush as the tiling progresses.

HFlipTile.rexx: Flips the brush horizontally.
VFlipTile.rexx: Flips the brush vertically after every row.
HVFlipTile.rexx: Flips the brush horizontally, then vertically at the beginning of a new row.

Future Plans: Combine the three into one macro with an interface. Tile current region, rather than entire buffer.
