ROERIG, MR. ARNOLD A. Mr. Arnold A. Roerig, age 90, of Grand Rapids, went to home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 26, 2012. Arnold was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years, Dorothy; and his son, Gary. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Breen-Roerig; children, Steven and Suann Roerig, Tammy Roerig, Valerie Breen, Christopher and Tammy Breen; and brother-in-law, Jack and Lois Ryerson; nine grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren. Arnold served his Lord at Wealthy Park Baptist Church, and he served his country in the Pacific Theatre in WWII for four years on the USS Navaro. He retired as an employee of Holland Motor Express. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 31, 11:00 a.m. at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ken Young officiating. The family will greet friends and relatives Thursday, August 30, 6-9 p.m. at Zaagman's. In honor of Arnold, please make a contribution to a charity of your choice in his memory.
