Look very closely at the Statue of Liberty - in particular the crown area - UNLESS YOU KNOW THE "GLOW" OR "BACKLIGHTING" LOOK BY MEMORY, YOU REALLY NEED OTHER STAMPS OF THIS SERIES FOR COMPARISON AT THIS STEP. Compare several stamps until you find one with the Glow/Backlighting of the crown area of the statue and one without.
