The official minutes need to be readily available to our members and stockholders.  SUNSHINE!  The web is a good place for this.

Why have the Charter and By-Laws been removed?

My 2/22/2009 email asking about the removal of archived minutes from the web.

My response 3/12/2009 to a policy change making the minutes more difficult to obtain.

In addition the 2009 board failed to distribute a membership list.  The 2010 and 2011 boards seems to have adopted that as policy.
