REFRIGERATOR ROLLS

Mix together:
1 cup sugar
1 cup shortening
2 teaspoon salt

Add:
1 cup boiling water
Let mixture cool.
Soften 2 tablespoons yeast in 1 cup warm water.

Add:
2 eggs
yeast mixture
6 cups flour (or more)

Mix together (I knead it for five minutes in my Bosch mixer
with the dough hook), and refrigerate overnight. (Use a
large enough container because the dough will expand in the
refrigerator.) Can be kept in refrigerator up to 10 days.
Take out as needed. Form into desired shape. Let rise 3-4
hours or longer. Bake
at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
