Cascade Camp Cedarbrook offers the Campers In Leadership Training (CILT) curriculum to high school campers who have completed the ninth grade and demonstrate an interest in growing in their Christian faith and leadership skills.

The course is a two-step program (CILT I and CILT II) and usually takes at least two summers to complete plus assignments to do during the school year.

CILT applicants should display traits such as a vital Christian testimony, leadership ability, dependability, and an interest in working with children.
