We are happy to offer two ways to register for Cascade Camp Cedarbrook!

Register using the Microsoft Word file, which can be filled out online, printed and signed; or the PDF file, which can be printed, then filled out and signed. Then just mail in with your check or credit card information!

Send an email message to cascadecampcedarbrook@comcast.net requesting a camp brochure. Include your home address and a brochure - complete with registration information - will be mailed to your home.
