I will gladly do lookups on the deed books I have for anyone.Now for the bad part,yes,there is a fee.I have purchased these films fromthe Tennessee State Library Archives,and am currently transcribing the records to web pages.This all takes time,and I'm really just gleaning the books for surnames and place names.Most deeds contain more info,such as actual property boundries,which for time & space constraints,I have not included.
So in other words,if you want a complete record of a deed from the books I have(see first page for current list),I will have to charge a fee of three dollars per deed for up to three pages of deeds.Deeds with more than three pages will be charged an additional rate of .50 cents per additional page.This is a low rate by most standards,so please,no complaining.
