Newport Bay

The rock 'island' in the bay is covered with sea lions.

Snooooooze time!

Males cuddle up on the water level pier.

One liked sleeping with his head up, and would wake when it flopped over backwards.

A couple of the males start squabbling and barking.

One by one, the others wake up and join in the fracas.

What a commotion of jostling and barking!
