• Provide support and technical assistance of Internet Traffic Content Management products. Running on various OS platforms including BSDI UNIX, Linux and Windows NT, to external customers and partners ranging from small internet companies to large multinational corporations with an internet presence.
• Provide technical assistance for customers using a variety of troubleshooting tools like tcpdump and ethereal. Support peers in case creation, resolution, solution writing and documentation in a dynamic environment.
• Requirements include knowledge of various Internet topologies, networks, devices and the TCP/IP protocol. Customer service skills, troubleshooting methods, case management follow-up and ability to work with customers at varying levels of experience or technical capability under varying time constraints.

• 8+ years UNIX computing experience including software testing, installation, setup and trouble shooting.
• Provide user support and assistance for new and existing UNIX applications. Test, document and implement software applications for production.

Setup call center computing system consisting of a HP-UX computer and a Summa Four telephone switch to a customers computer network. Configured the system, installed software and connected provided T1 telephone lines. Trained system operators and calling agents in upkeep and use of the system. Setup and configured a PC on the network as a operations control computer. They were bought by Lucent Technologies in 1999, but there is no link to them at this time.
