NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

FOR TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS COUNTY

          Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 17, 2005, at 6:30 P.M. at the Town Hall of New Haven a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2006 BUDGET of the Town of New Haven in Adams County will be held.  The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s office from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday thru Saturday.  The following is a summary of the proposed 2006 Budget:

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS

OF THE TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS COUNTY

   

    Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 17, 2005, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2006 budget, which begins at 6:30 P.M. at the Town Hall of New Haven, a special Town Meeting  of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12 (1) c of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:

                      1.  To adopt the 2005 town tax levy to be paid in 2006 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes.

                      2.  To approve year 2006 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 81.01 (3) of Wisconsin Statutes.

 

NOTICE OF REGULAR MONTHLY

NEW HAVEN TOWN BOARD MEETING

 

    The monthly Town Board meeting will immediately follow the Budget Hearing and Special Town  Meeting, this meeting will convene at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 17, 2005, at the New Haven Town Hall.  Agendas will be posted at the following locations:  Town Hall, Licitar Repair Shop, Club 23 & Cut Above and www.newhavenwi.us
