NOTICE

TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS COUNTY

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

 

    The Town of New Haven will hold a Special Town Board Meeting on Monday, July 30, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, 330 Golden Court.  The meeting will be called to order and following roll call, will immediately adjourn into closed session for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel SS 19.85 (1) (g).

II.  Agenda

          1.  Discontinuation of Road over Big Springs Dam-SS 19.85 (1) (g).  Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or likely to become involved.

 

 

          2.  Liquor license policies and applications-SS 19.85 (1) (g).  Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or likely to become involved.

 

 

 

III.  Adjourn.

 

Any decisions pertaining to the above mentioned subjects will be made at the regular monthly Town Board Meeting of August 16, 2007.
