TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS COUNTY, WI

ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

APRIL 10, 2012-7:00 P.M.

 

 

 

The Annual Town Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Mike Julson.  This meeting was properly noticed in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  There were nine residents in attendance, and all Town Board members were present.

 

The minutes of the 2011 Annual Town Meeting were read by the Town Clerk and approved as printed with a motion by Glenn Licitar/Bob Donner. M/C.  The 2011 Financial report was presented by the Town Clerk, there were no questions and the report was approved with a motion by Bob Donner/Pat Coon, and all in favor, M/C.

 

There was no Old or New Business discussed at this meeting. 

 

Motion to adjourn this meeting at 7:20 p.m. until the next Annual Town Meeting to be held at the Town Hall on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. was made by Philip Mayer/Bob Donner, all in favor M/C.
