New Business:

Bob Krause approached the Town Board with an issue of a blind spot at the intersection of First Lane and Golden Avenue.  Krause drew a sketch of the problem area and explained to the Board members that he had talked with the landowner (Jean Gasiorek) and explained that the fence line and brush that was in the road right-of-way was limiting the visibility of traffic approaching the corner.  Gasiorek is willing to let the fence and posts be removed and the corner cleaned up by Bob Krause, Dave Krause and Bob Demmert at no expense or liability to the Town.  There were two applications for Operator’s Licenses submitted for the Cove Supper Club.  Motion by Musiedlak/Seiler to approve the licenses for Greg Fischer and Sandra Bowers.  M/C.  Chairperson Julson reported that the Town roads will be mowed for the second time before Labor Day and he has contacted someone to fix the crack in the basement wall of the Town Hall, discussion followed as to how and where to relocate the down spouts so that water will run further away from the foundation wall in that location, this item will be placed on a future agenda.  Pauline Rageth submitted a bid to pressure wash/scrape and paint the exterior ramp and steps for $500.00 with the Town furnishing the gray paint and other needed material.  Motion by Musiedlak/Seiler to accept her bid.  M/C.
