Regular Monthly Town Board Meeting-7:00 p.m.

At Town Hall, 330 Golden Court

Prior to this meeting at 6:00 p.m. the Town Board will be opening & discussing bids or quotes for Trip project.

F)  Financial report for April 2010

G)  Old Business:

      1)  Discuss/possible action on improvements to the Town Hall Parking Lot

H)  New Business:

      1)  Further discussion/possible action on bids or quotes for the TRIP project

          on 5th Drive

      2)  Adams Co. Hwy. Comm. Ron Chamberlain, discuss municipal road projects

      3)  Discuss/possible action on Rezone request by Bud Gussel Jr. to rezone

          2 Ac. of a 52.6 acre parcel from A1-35 Ag. to R1-Large Lot on 2nd Lane

      4)  Discuss/possible action on application for Berry Ridge Mobile Park owner

          Aaron Lebovic, to renew Park license.

      5)  Discuss/poss. action for setting per diems and Review fees for Plan Comm.

I)  Town Chair, County Board or Committee reports

J)  Recognition of Public (no action can be taken by the Town Board at this time)

Reminder:  Open book/Board of Review will be held at the Town Hall, Tuesday, May 25, 2010- 4-6p.m. for open book and 6-8 p.m. for Board of Review, to obtain an objection form and schedule an appointment, contact the Town Clerk @ 608-253-3771.
