SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING, TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS CO.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2013-4:00 P.M. AT TOWN HALL

    The Special Town Board meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Supervisor I, Brad Luger.  All board members were present except for Chairperson Julson.  The pledge of allegiance was recited and this meeting was properly noticed.  The only agenda item was: discussion/possible action on application for Class “B” beer license for Antique &Lace Inn, B&B. Owner, Kishah Walters stated she is in ownership of the business and on the premises after being on vacation for three months this past summer, and using a management group to rent out her business.  Motion by Watson/Luger grant the license. M/C.  Motion to adjourn by Luger/Watson at 4:10 p.m.
