NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

FOR TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS COUNTY

          Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 20, 2008, at 6:30 P.M. at the Town Hall of New Haven, 330 Golden Court, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2009 BUDGET of the Town of New Haven, Adams County will be held.  The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s office, 3961 County Road G, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.-Tuesday thru Saturday.  The following is a summary of the Proposed 2009 Budget:

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS

OF THE TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS COUNTY

    Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 20, 2008, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2009 budget, which begins at 6:300 P.M. at the Town Hall of New Haven, a special Town Meeting  of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12 (1) c of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:

                      1.  To adopt the 2008 town tax levy to be paid in 2009 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes.

                      2.  To approve year 2009 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 81.01 (3) of Wisconsin Statutes.

    The monthly Town Board meeting will immediately follow the Public Budget Hearing and Special Town  Meeting,  on Thursday, November 20, 2008, at the New Haven Town Hall.
