NOTICE TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS COUNTY, WI

 

REGULAR MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING

THURSDAY, JULY 15, 2010-7:00 P.M. @ TOWN HALL, 330  GOLDEN CT.

 

      Prior to this meeting the Town Board will be doing an onsite viewing for a driveway application on Gillette Avenue at 6:15 p.m.

AGENDA

 

A)  Call to order & roll call

B)  Pledge of Allegiance

C)  Compliance with the Open Meeting Law  (no action required)

D)  Agenda approval

E)  Meeting minutes

F)  Financial report for June 2010

G)  Old Business:

      1)  Discuss/possible action on rezone for remainder of parcel previously divided for Clarke & Bonita Petersen, First Lane & Gillette Ave.

H)  New Business-following agenda items will be discussed w/possible action:

        1)  5 yr. Fire Protection Services Agreement with KFD

        2)  Requested variance for Paul/Betty Kitzkan, 158 Grouse Ct. Pvt. t allow for reduced set back from water line          3)  Requested variances for Daniel G. Zinke, 4105 4th Dr. to allowexceed max. bldg. height limit & exceed 8,000 sq.ft. impervious surface

        4)  Petersen driveway application, (permit can’t be granted until after approval of CSM by Plan Commission)

        5)  Proposals for road repairs on 2nd Lane, 3rd Lane and Golden Ct.

        6)  Have Municipal Attorney review Land Division Ordinance

        7)  Resignation of transfer-site attendant, app’t. of replacement and wage determination for that position

I)  Town Chair, County Board or Committee reports

J)  Recognition of Public (discussion only, no action can be taken by the Town Board at this time)

K)  Approve disbursements
