TOWN OF NEW HAVEN-ADAMS COUNTY

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

MAY 12, 2009-6:00 P.M.

 

 

This meeting was called to order immediately after the adjournment of Board of Review

by Chairperson Mike Julson, all Town Board members were in attendance, for the purpose of opening and discussing Assessor proposals and reconsidering the bids for fill to be placed around the culvert to be installed in Big Spring Creek at Golden Court.  Motion by Musiedlak/Seiler to approve the agenda as posted. M/C.

 

There were seven proposals for assessment and revaluation:

Riglemon Appraisal, Warrens, WI

Hart Appraisals, Tomah, WI

Gardiner Appraisal, McFarland, WI

Zillmer Mid-State Assessment, Marion, WI

Associated Appraisal Consultants, Appleton, WI

Pine Creek Appraisal, Unity, WI

Rolling Acres Appraisal, Mauston, WI

 

After discussing the proposals further, the firms that are most advantageous to the Town will be interviewed prior to the July 2009 regular monthly Town Board meeting.  Motion by Seiler/Musiedlak to approve two (2) attendees to the May 27, 2009 Town Official’s workshop in Tomah.  M/C.    Motion by Seiler/Julson to accept the quote for fill material either clay or sand at $70.00 per load delivered to the job site on Golden Court by Wampler Enterprises.  M/C.  Motion to adjourn at 6:30 p.m. by Seiler/Musiedlak.  M/C.
