OLD BUSINESS:

An application for a Class “B” beer license for Antiques & Lace Inn B&B was tabled with a motion by Watson/Julson, with Beard opposing, until a special town board meeting is scheduled for the reason that the conditions to be attached to the beer license did not appear to be the same as earlier discussed with the municipal attorney.  M/C.  A special town board meeting is scheduled for August 23, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. to again review the application and conditional uses.  A second petition to discontinue Golden Court above the dam, with the signatures of six (6) freeholders was presented to the town clerk at 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot prior to this meeting by Mark Knutson.  The previous petition is void due to the fact that three (3) freeholders filed forms with the municipal attorney to remove their names.  This second petition was presented to the town board at this meeting, and will be also filed with the municipal attorney.
