NOTICE

TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS COUNTY, WI

 

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall of New Haven, 330 Golden Ct. a PUBLIC HEARING will be held for the PROPOSED 2011 BUDGET followed by a SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS.  The REGULAR MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING will immediately follow these meetings.

B)  Pledge of Allegiance

C)  Compliance with the Open Meeting Law

D)  Agenda approval

E)  Meeting minutes

F)  Financial report for October 2010

      None stated by time agenda required to be posted

H)  New Business, all items are subject to discussion/possible action:

        1) Rural Mutual Ins. Representative Roger Wolff to review policies

        2) Action on CSM for Clarke & Bonita Petersen land division on Gillette Ave.

        3) Approval of 2011 Budget

        4) Resolution from Plan Commission recommending Town Board to schedule a Public hearing for changes to Town’s Comp. plan

        5) Review of Adams County’s Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
