Meditation is a series of skills that can be cultivated to bring greater
satisfaction into everyday life. Concentration is the most fundamental of all skills, as it can support your ability to pursue
any interest. When a person cultivates the skill of paying closer attention to sensory experience while interfering less with
the flow of experience, they discover that life begins to be lived in higher definition. We will practice the skills of paying
close attention with relaxing yoga, sitting meditation, and a walking meditation on a woodland trail.Class will be held at
the beautiful Hogback Ridge Preserve, located at 2656 Hogback Road in Sunbury. Bring a mat, a blanket or firm pillow for sitting,
and comfortable clothes and shoes for walking. Chairs will be available for meditation if you prefer.
