Go-to Gal

• Some jobs are larger than others.  In an attempt to distribute the work load more equitably, we have created the position of Go-to Gal. 
  
  
• This person works with the Community Outreach Coordinator, who is in charge of marketing and publicity for the playschool; the Story-time Coordinator and/or the teacher, who are in charge of organizing story times given by the teacher for the community at large in the Community Center; and the Rummage Sale Coordinator.
  
  
•  In each case, it is the responsibility of the Go-to Gal to inquire with the Coordinator if she needs help.
  
  
• It should not be the responsibility of the Go-to Gal to actually organize any of the associated events, but rather to assist with the creation and distribution of fliers, the booking of the event, and the organization of the stuff.
