Historian

  • Takes and has photos developed in duplicate (4x6) each month.

  • Develop storage system for photos and negatives accessible at all times by teacher and executive board. 

  • Files photos in each child’s classroom book. 

  • Makes and updates classroom books with teacher’s direction. 

  • Coordinates small photo albums for each child at the end of the year. 

  • Attends and documents field trips to take photos of every child, or arranges for them to be taken by someone else. 

  • Attends and documents fundraisers. 

  • Uses photos of field trips, fundraisers, and classroom time to update bulletin board monthly. 

  • Arranges class pictures, including collecting the money and distributing the pictures no later than December 1.
