About me

Hello and thanks for your interest. My name is Randy (as you might have guessed) and I live in Southern California's South Bay area. Over the last 30 years I have traveled extensively and amassed a large collection of vacation slides. I enjoy my hobbies, which include taking pictures and collecting hotel soap and matchbooks.

My jobs have been in the motion picture industry, constructing movie sets, and in the restaurant supply business as a salesman. I am an ex ballroom dance teacher and have also taught photography in community adult school.

My wife Karen and I were married in 1991 and currently reside at the Estates on the Peninsula. We have been working together at the same company, accumulating vacation time, traveling and saving for retirement. Here is a beautiful picture of our pre wedding day.

I am currently a storekeeper in the aerospace industry and enjoy working with computers. Check out this webpage I designed for the company's CD Club. The exposure I have had to computers has enabled me to learn new applications that I now use for education, recreation and communication. Okay, I'm an internet junkie.

I've found that using a computer to get over stage fright is possible by joke telling with a desktop digital camera and RealVideo.

Discovered on the internet is a way to create streaming video using the RealProducer program. Doves Nest on the Balcony is my result.
