This feature only works with MS Internet Explorer. Before you install Microsoft® Agent, please be aware that Microsoft® Agent cannot be un-installed. Once you complete the installation, the software becomes an extension of the Microsoft® Windows Operating System, changing it from a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to a Social User Interface (SUI).
