Norwalk is located in North Central Ohio, about 7 miles south of the Ohio Turnpike, and 15 miles south of Sandusky. The major north/south route is US 250, and the major east/west route is US 20.
St. Peter Lutheran Church is located on the south side of Norwalk, just off US 250 (Benedict Ave.) To get to St. Peter, use the following directions:
From the North:Take US 250 (#118/7) exit off the turnpike. Go south toward Norwalk several miles, until you reach the second stop light. This is the main intersection into the city of Milan. A left turn will take you into Milan and onto Ohio 113. Turn RIGHT at this intersection onto Shaw Mill Rd. Stay on this road; it will take you into Norwalk. Keep going straight. When you enter city limits, you will be on Whittlesey Ave. You will encounter the following stop lights:
From the East or West: Take the US 20 bypass which goes on the south side of the city. Take the US 250 exit, and go north. Turn right at the third stop light, at McDonalds, on Executive Drive. St. Peter will be on your left. The first driveway to the parking lot is an exit. Proceed further down Executive to the next driveway which is the entrance to the parking lot.
From the South: Easiest access is from US 250. Turn right at the third stop light by McDonald’s on Executive Drive. St. Peter will be on your left. If you come into Norwalk on 61, turn right onto West Main Street, proceed to downtown, turn right on Benedict Ave, US 250 by the courthouse, and continue south on Benedict Ave. Turn left at the third stop light, by McDonalds, on Executive Drive. St. Peter will be on your left. The first driveway to the parking lot is an exit. Proceed further down Executive to the next driveway which is the entrance to the parking lot.
