Summit City Chapter of the Vintage Motor Car Club of America (VMCCA) |
Welcome!
|
We’re the Summit City Chapter, located in Fort Wayne IN, a touring chapter affiliated with Vintage Motor Car Club of America (VMCCA). The purpose of the Vintage Motor Car Club of America is to encourage preservation, restoration and use of antique and historically significant automobiles. The club is devoted to touring and preserving vintage cars, formerly known as the Veteran Motor Car Club of America
The people who make up our membership enjoy old cars, and especially driving our old cars. In addition to our local events, our chapter is part of the Great Lakes Region giving us the good fortune to join other chapters on tours. There are opportunities to be part of the VMCCA’s National tours as well.
What we are about is touring events, where we drive our cars to fun and interesting places, meet new people and visit with our touring friends. Did I mention we like to eat? Most day tours include a meal and afternoons are great for finding an ice cream stop. We are out having fun while everyone gets to see, hear and enjoy our old cars on the road.
